Do you offer consultations?
Yes – This lets us get to know your hair history and personal preferences, so we can get the best possible picture of your hair goals.
What types of hair do you work with?
We specialise in working with curly and coily hair.
Can I come in for a service if my hair is currently relaxed or chemically treated?
Unfortunately, we do not offer hair relaxing treatments. You would need to get this done at your previous salon or with an at-home treatment before we could offer you our services.
Do you provide hair extensions for sew-ins?
We do, although we might not have the colour you want in stock. You are, however, more than welcome to bring your own.
How do I prepare my hair before coming into a service?
We ask that customers wash their hair before they come to our hair salon in Basildon. While we do offer a free blow-dry service, it is up to them to make sure their hair clean and prepared for the treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event you are not able to make your treatment, we are able to reschedule this for you. Please note, however, that deposits are non-refundable.
How much is your deposit?
We charge a deposit of £25 for each booking, which is non-refundable.
Are children allowed in the salon?
Yes!
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Unfortunately, we do not.
